Sis, You Good?
— Reflective Journal and Positive Affirmation Bundle
This reflective workbook and affirmation card deck were made for the Strong Black Woman who’s always holding it together.
This isn’t just another journal. It’s your safe space to take off the cape, get honest with yourself, and make room for peace, joy, and ease.
Perfect for your morning quiet time, Sunday reset, or evening wind-down ritual.

Achieving your goals while secretly feeling disconnected and unfulfilled.

Understand your story of origin so you can see how it shaped your beliefs about strength and rest.
Release perfectionism and guilt tied to asking for help.
Create a personalized Soul Care plan that fits your real life — not someone else’s idea of wellness.
Rebuild your relationship with yourself through vulnerability, compassion, and grace.

Kamilah Thomas, LCSW
Hey Sis!
I’m Kamilah Thomas, LCSW-S licensed psychotherapist, speaker, and Soul Care Coach. But before any of those titles, I’m a woman who knows firsthand what it feels like to always be “the strong one.”
For years, I wore my Superwoman cape like a badge of honor ,juggling everything, showing up for everyone, and still smiling through the exhaustion. But eventually, I learned that my worth doesn't come from my work, and being in grind mode isn’t sustainable.
Now, I help other high-achieving Black women like you do the same: slow down, reconnect, and create space to just be. Through my therapy and coaching work, I’ve seen how our stories of survival often become our default way of living, and how powerful it is when we finally give ourselves permission to rest, release, and receive support.
The Sis, You Good? Soul Care Bundle was created to remind you that you don’t have to carry it all alone, and that you’re worthy of the same care, compassion, and grace you give to everyone else.
May every page give you permission to pause, feel, and breathe again. Enjoy this journey back to you.
